It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that our former member and friend, Dr Pete Gladwell has passed away. Pete was a great champion for those with long-term pain through his work both as a clinician and educator. He was an ardent supporter of the PPA serving twice as Public Relations Officer between 2001 - 2003 and 2008 - 2009, He co-delivered the PPA training Biopsychosocial assessment and cognitive-behavioural management of long-term pain' with Heather Muncey and more recently the PPA Sleep and Pain course with Andrew Green. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends at this time.
