Join Ben Cormack (Cor-Kientic) as he delves into how to get your patients moving again. Exercise and activity are often seen from a purely physical perspective and to full appreciate our patients we have to move beyond this into the psychosocial realm as well. This lecture will explore some of the challenges we face with our patients and how we may start to understand and overcome them drawing from the exercise, pain and psychology evidence base.

Key topics covered:

  • What is the BPS framework?
  • What are the key messages from pain science that will help my patients?
  • What stops patients from engaging in exercise and activity?
  • Which exercise and what dose?
This event is £30 for non-PPA members and £20 for PPA members.
